Comprehensive evaluation with treatment recommendations as well as Treatment Plan and Treatment Goals established in conjunction with the patient during the initial visit.  The Physical Therapist communicates regularly with the referring physician including copies of the Initial Evaluation and Discharge summary as well as progress reports when indicated.

Michael Brodzeller, PT is a licensed physical therapist with 34 years of experience.  He is assisted by Rehab Therapy Aide, Victoria Navarro.
